The beginning of this project goes back to 2012, in Australia. Sharing the interest in discover and document the culinary culture in South America in an informal and intuitive form, 5 friends started this huge mission called "Cocinando Sudamerica"
The result was a 13 episode documentary series that has been broadcasted in TV stations in Chile, Uruguay, Ecuador, Germany, Sweden, Austria, Colombia, The Philippines, Russia, Portugal, Mozambique, Brazil among others.

Synopsis: 
A group of friends formed by 4 Chileans and a New Zealander chef, decided to travel around South America to discover by their own its culture and people through food. After meeting in Santiago de Chile, they started the journey heading north, across 11 countries, getting to know its traditions, sharing with producers, street cooks, gastronomists, chefs and popular characters, in a big adventure with no less trouble.
Through this series, you can see South America from the point of view of its people’s intimacy, reflecting the popular culture, away from touristic circuits. We got into the everyday lives of South American people, being our goal to show these different realities to the world.
